Comment PCR cloning, forward primer, 1886 F1: 5' gtttccaatccacgtcagcaact 3'; reverse primer, F2PB0014R: 5' tatcccagctaggaagctccctctg 3' Known differences with NC_000011.10: A to G substitution at 102,798,479 and T to C substitution at 102,800,447. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
