Comment | Expression was confirmed by depositor as follows: transfection into COS-7 cells and followed by both immunoblotting and immunocytochemistry. It is localized in secretory granule and melanosomme. This clone contains a cDNA fragment corresponding to the 1nt to 666nt of AB232622.1 (1nt to 666nt in the case of AB120511.1). Known difference (at least) : T to G substitution at 246nt (Arg, synonym) of AB120511.1. |
