Clone info. cDNA encoding the T7-tagged Slp4-a was subcloned into the NotI site of the modified pEF-BOS expression vector (J. Biol. Chem. (1994) 269, 29206-29211). Expression of T7-Slp4-a inhibits dense-core vesicle exocytosis through specific interaction with Rab27A. Expression was confirmed by depositor as follows: transfection into COS-7 cells followed by both immunoblotting and immunocytochemistry.
