Comment Cloned fragment: nucleotides 21238 to 38821 of AY663414.1. This clone contains genomic sequence of the HLA-DQB1, including all coding exons. Nucleotide difference: a C-to-T substitution in the 3' UTR of HLA-DQB1 at nucleotide position 38781 on AY663414.1. The HLA-DQB1 CDS regions on AY663414.1 are as follows: 32041-32149, 33592-33861, 36395-36676, 37182-37292, and 38410-38423.
