Clone info. The expression vector contains a mouse N-cadherin with an inserted ddFP-B1, which is part of the N-cadherin interaction indicator. The near-infrared fluorescent protein miRFP670 is expressed in a polycistronic manner via the P2A peptide and localizes to the nucleus. Use in combination with pCAG:NCad-GA-P2A-mCherry-NLS (RDB20993).
