Clone info. PCR amplified reporter constructs containing a part of minor satellite DNA. The nucleotide sequence for the minor satellite DNA in the reporter construct containing CENP-B box is CGAATGTG. See Fig.2A, 2B and Table S2 of Ishikura, S. et al. Nucleic Acids Res. 48 (19): 10848-10866, 2020.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with luciferase assay.
