Clone info. Expression vector of moxGFP under the control of CMV promoter and mouse dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) under the control of EF1 alpha promoter. See Fig.6B of Mori, Y. et al. Sci. Rep. 10 (1): 4798, 2020. This clone is used for the protein expression limit estimation method. Refer to the experimental procedure.
