Clone info. Expression vector of mCherry-P2A-moxGFP under the control of CMV promoter. See Fig.1B and Fig.3A of Mori, Y. et al. Sci. Rep. 10 (1): 4798, 2020. This clone is used for the protein expression limit estimation method. Refer to the experimental procedure.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with fluorescent microscope, western blotting.
