Terms and conditions for distribution | The RECIPIENT acknowledges that the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE contains the modification of genetically-encoded ratiometric fluorescent ATP indicator QUEEN made by the collaboration of Dr. Hiromi Imamura of the Kyoto University and Dr. Hideyuki Yaginuma of the University of Tokyo and modified by Dr. Hideyuki Yaginuma who moved to RIKEN and Dr. Yasushi Okada of RIKEN. The Kyoto University, the University of Tokyo, and RIKEN are the co-owner of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE. In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the literature (Yaginuma, H. and Okada, Y., (2021) bioRxiv https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.10.08.463131) designated by the DEPOSITOR and an acknowledgment to Dr. Yasushi Okada are requested. The BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE shall be transferred to a not-for profit organization. The RECIPIENT shall use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE only for academic research. For for-profit-use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, the RECIPIENT shall contact the Kyoto University, Accounts Division Administration Office (Science), Main Campus (A20gaibushikin@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp), the University of Tokyo Engineering and Information Science and Engineering Office, Finance Department, External Funding Team (t-pat@t-adm.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp) and the RIKEN Kobe Branch, General Affairs Section (kobe-ippr@riken.jp) in advance and should obtain a commercial license from all of them. Neither the Kyoto University, the University of Tokyo nor the RIKEN has obligation to grant a commercial license.
