Terms and conditions for distribution The RECIPIENT acknowledges that the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE contains the genetically-encoded ratiometric fluorescent ATP indicator QUEEN made by the collaboration of Dr. Hiromi Imamura of the Kyoto University and Dr. Hideyuki Yaginuma of the University of Tokyo. Both the Kyoto University and the University of Tokyo are the co-owner of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE. In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the literature (Yaginuma, H. et al., Sci. Rep. 4: 6522, 2014) designated by the DEPOSITORs and an acknowledgment to Dr. Hiromi Imamura are requested. The BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE shall be transferred to a not-for profit organization. The RECIPIENT shall use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE only for academic research. For for-profit-use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, the RECIPIENT shall contact both the Kyoto University, Accounts Division Administration Office (Science), Main Campus (A20gaibushikin@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp) and the University of Tokyo Engineering and Information Science and Engineering Office, Finance Department, External Funding Team (t-pat@t-adm.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp) in advance and should obtain a commercial license from both Universities. Neither the Kyoto University nor the University of Tokyo has obligation to grant a commercial license. Rep. 4: 6522, 2014) を引用し、謝辞に今村博臣博士を含めること。本件リソースは非営利機関の学術研究目的にのみ利用することができる。 利用者が営利目的利用を希望するときは、京都大学本部構内(理系)共通事務部 経理課 外部資金掛 (A20gaibushikin@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp) 並びに東京大学工学系・情報理工学系等事務部 財務課 外部資金チーム (t-pat@t-adm.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp) に連絡し、両大学から別途の許諾を事前に受けるものとする。尚、京都大学並びに東京大学はかかる許諾を行う義務を負うものではない。利用者は、AUTM Standard Material Transfer Agreement (for Biological Materials)に定める諸条件を遵守すること。
