The plasmids pBAD33 was kindly provided by Dr. S. Yasuda of the National Institute of Genetics, Japan. The plasmid ZpQbeta32 containing cDNA of the Qbeta phage genome was kindly provided by Dr. Y. Inokuchi. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with SDS-PAGE and CBB staining.
