NpF2164g5_BV4, can function as a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probe in vivo, see Fig. 4 of Fushimi, K. et al., Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U S A, 116 (17): 8301-8309, 2019. This molecule could be a platform for the further development of brighter NIR fluorescent probes.
Comment The GFP-NpF2164g5_BV4 was cloned into HindIII and XhoI sites of a pcDNA3 (Invitrogen) in which the CMV promoter was replaced with CAG promoter. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with fluorescence imaging.
