Complementary DNAs for human TLR3 was cloned by RT-PCR from the mRNA of monocyte-derived immature DCs. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with western blotting with anti-TLR3 Ab, flowcytometry with anti-TLR3 mAb (clone TLR3.7).
