Clone info. Expression vector of human phospholipase C zeta (PLC zeta) mRNA synthesis, tagged with FLAG at N-terminus and AID-EGFP cassette at C-terminus. Auxin-inducible degron (AID) system clone for in vitro transcription, which has an extended poly (A) sequence.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with EGFP monitoring by microinjection of its mRNA into mouse oocytes.
