Clone info. Destabilized CFP (dsCFP) expression vector with CMV promoter. PESTsequence was derived from mouse ornithine decarboxylase (422-461aa). For the constitution, please refer Fig. 5 of Ando, H. et al., Sci. Rep., 7(1): 12642, 2017.
Comment The pdsCFP was constructed by replacing the EGFP cassette of pdsGFP with the ECFP sequence of pECFP-1 using the NheI/BspEI. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with Western blotting.
