Clone info. Luciferase reporter of the Hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotype Ce, pregenomic (pg) RNA promoter (nt900–nt1851).
Comment HBV genome was artificially synthesized by Eurofins Genomics (Ebersberg, Germany), designed in accordance with the most common nucleotide observed among HBV genotype Ce clones (AB014381, AB205124, AB033551, AB198081, AY596108, AB198080, AB222714 and AY066028). HBx start codon is mutated to TAG. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with luciferase reporter assay.
