Clone info. Expression vector of mouse constitutively active (CA)-aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) lacking much of the ligand-binding domain (277 to 418 aa), CAG promoter, see Fig. 1A of Kimura, E. et al., PLoS One., 12 (8): e0183497, 2017.
Comment A full-length AhR cDNA fragment was obtained from a mouse liver cDNA library. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with in utero electroporation and fluorescence microscopy.
