This probe contains an mouse preproacrosin signal peptide (SP), superfolder GFP-CT, basic leucine zipper domain (LZB), mouse Thy-1 GPI-anchored domain, see Fig. 1 of Kinoshita, N. et al., iScience 15: 28-38, 2019.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with detection of reconstituted GFP fluorescence.
