Clone info. | Insertion of an ORF to this plasmids vector results in expression of a biotinylated proteins in animal cells, which is suitable for high-sensitivity ChIP-seq analyses. SmaI site is available to make target protein plus C-terminal fusion of biotin ligase recognition peptide (BLRP).
