Clone info. Expression vector of mouse heterotrimeric G-protein alpha-subunit, G(o1)-alpha, tagged with Myc at N-terminal, CAG promoter.
Comment The CMV promoter region of pcDNA3 (Clontech) was replaced with the promoter/enhancer region of pCAGGS (provided by Dr J.Miyazaki) to generate pcCAG. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with Western blotting.
