Clone info. Human PER3 promoter sequence (KpnI-XhoI 3.3 kb fragment from BAC clone “RP3-467L1”) followed by firefly luciferase gene (pGL3, Promega) is inserted into pENTR-1A (Invitrogen). Cloned fragment: 7781586 to 7784879(NC_000001.11, except 7784236A/G, 7784252A/G); relatively -3117 to +177, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_016831.1.
