Clone info. Supernova series, a versatile vector system for single-cell labeling in vivo. Expression vector of loxP-stop-loxP-Cas9 under the CAG promoter. This clone is used as Supernova-mediated CRISPR/Cas9 vectors. pK237 (RDB15051) do not carry guide oligo, thus used as a control in Supernova-CRISPR/Cas9 experiment. The structure of the construct, see Fig.7 of Luo, W. et al. Sci. Rep., 6:35747, 2016.
