For the detection of acetylation at the 9th and 14th lysine residues of histone H3 by the BRD4 bromodomain.

Clone info. Expression vector of Histac-H3K9/K14, a fluorescent probe to visualize acetylation of histone H3 Lys9 (H3K9) and histone H3 Lys14 (H3K14) in living cells by means of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), under the control of CMV promotor. See Fig. 1A of Nakaoka, S. et. al., ACS Chem. Biol. 11 (3): 729-733, 2016.
Comment Expression was confirmed by observation fluorescent in COS7 cells under the microscope by the depositor.
