Clone info. Shuttle vector to generate retrovirus vector expressing FLAG-tagged mouse CNOT3 mutant. This mutant was generated by deletion of the coiled-coil domain (1-244 AA), see Fig. 3a of Suzuki, T. Sci. Rep, 5: 14779, 2015.
No gap between FLAG sequence and CNOT3 cDNA. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with immunoblot.
