Clone info. Reporter plasmid of mouse Tyk2 gene. WT promoter region corresponding to 21,131,165 to 21,132,563 of NC_000075.6 was cloned from C57BL/6J.
Comment Insert DNA is a PCR product. Froward: 5'- CCCGGTACCCCAGGGCTTTCTGGTTTGTA -3' and Reverse: 5'- CCCGCTAGCCACTCACCGTTTCCGGAGTA -3'. Function was confirmed by the depositor by luciferase assay. Please refer Fig.5 of Izumi, K., Nat. Commun. 6: 6748 (2015).
