U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Reporter gene was deleted from the original vector. ONL contains a portion of hmKusabiraOrange2 provided by Dr. Atsushi Miyawaki, the RIKEN BSI.
