Comment Please refer Takai, A. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Expression was confirmed by the depositor using HEK293A cells. YNL was provided by Dr. Takeharu Nagai, Osaka University. Please obtain transposase plasmid from Dr. Kawakami lab of National Institute of Genetics.
