pCNL-N1_TUBB5

Cyan Nano-lantern for labeling of beta-tubulin by the mouse beta-tubulin class V.

Catalog number RDB13339
Resource name pCNL-N1_TUBB5
Clone info. Expression vector of the Cyan Nano-lantern for labeling of beta-tubulin by the mouse beta-tubulin class V.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with transfection into MDCKII cells. Please refer Takai, A. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Although this clone is constructed on the pEGFP, it doesn't contain the original GFP. CNL contains a portion of mTurquoise2 (CFP mutant) provided by Dr. Joachim Goedhart, the University of Amsterdam.
Vector backbone pEGFP-N1 (Plasmid)
Size of vector backbone 4.7 kb
Selectable markers Kan^r (E. coli)
Gene/insert name mouse beta-tubulin class V (TUBB5) cDNA
