Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with transfection into MDCKII cells. Please refer Takai, A. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Although this clone is constructed on the pEGFP, it doesn't contain the original GFP. YNL was provided by Dr. Takeharu Nagai, Osaka University.
