This clone contains human KLF4 similar to Dr. Yamanaka's construct in the Cell (2007), 131 (5), 861-872, PMID 18035408 (330 to 1742 of NM_004235.3, cds 330 to 1742). However, this fragment corresponds 576 to 1988 of recent version of the RefSeq ( NM_004235.5, cds 549 to 1988). Known difference: C to T at 587nt and G to A at 1979nt of NM_004235.5, respectively. Commonly requested with pCMV-VSV-G-RSV-Rev (RDB04393) and pCAG-HIVgp (RDB04394). Please note that Zeo resistance marker is not included in the lentivirus produced from this vector.
