GFP-NFATc4(FL)/pCAGEN (#RDB12860)

Expression clone of mouse Nfatc4 tagged with GFP.

Clone info. The plasmid expressing mouse GFP-tagged NFATc4 under the control of the CAG promoter. An oligonucleotide encoding GFP sequence was fused to the 5' end of full length NFATc4 coding sequence.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with anti-NFATc4 and anti-GFP antibodies, respectively. Please refer Fig.3 of Kurabayashi, N., Genes Dev. 27 (24): 2708-2721, 2013.
