Genomic fragment was amplified by PCR with primers 5'- CCTTTACACTGGTCTCGAGCC-3' and 5'-ATAAGCTTGTCCGGGAAGAGGAGCCTTG-3'. Resulting fragment contains 1,379 bp from -1297 to +82 relative to the transcription start site of the Lefty1. See Fig.1 of Nakatake, Y., Mol. Cell. Biol., 26 (20), 7772-7782, 2006.
