Clone info. GFPS1 gene with a T7 promoters in a pUC19 vector. GFPS1 is a GFP mutation variant, with F46L, S65T, F99S, M153T, V163A, Y200C, to enhance the brightness and the maturation speed of GFP. Fluorescence can be detected by a fluorescence plate reader with excitation at 485 nm and emission at 507 nm (Seki, E., Anal. Biochem. 377 (2) 156-161, 2008).
