Clone info. Bacterial expression vector of Thermoplasma volcanium Fur. A gene encoded Ferric uptake regulator (Fur) of an archaeon, Thermoplasma volcanium GSS1 was ligated into EcoRI/NdeI sites of E. coli expression vector, pET28a(+).
Comment The protein expression was comfirmed by the Depositor with BL21(DE3) adding 400 uM IPTG in the culture medium.
