Clone info. PCR amplified human RAD51 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 40693865 to 40695330(NC_000015.10 ); relatively -1309 to +157, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_002875.5.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: ccgtgcaggccttatatgat; reverse primer: ctggcttacgctccacttct. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known difference (at least) : A to G substitution at 40,694,157nt of NC_000015.10.
