Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: gtgggtggatggatggatg; reverse primer: ggctgacggagagtgaaagt. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least) : G to A substitution at 44386558nt. ; G to A substitution at 44386562nt. ; T to C substitution at 44386190nt.
