Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: tgaacctgcctgacccttag; reverse primer: ccttctcgcagtctctaagca. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least): G to A substitution at 116,837,697, G to A substitution at 116,838,722 of NC_000011.10.
