Clone info. PCR amplified human APOA1 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 116839091 to 116837607(NC_000011.10 ); relatively -1141 to +344, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_000039.2.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: tgaacctgcctgacccttag; reverse primer: ccttctcgcagtctctaagca. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least): G to A substitution at 116,837,697, G to A substitution at 116,838,722 of NC_000011.10.
