Clone info. PCR amplified human APOB promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 21045468 to 21044033(NC_000002.12); relatively -1395 to +41, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_000384.3.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: GCAGGCGAAGGTCTTTCTGTG; reverse primer: AACCGAGAAGGGCACTCAGC. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least): substitutions A to G at 21,044,338, T to C at 21,044,910, G to A at 21,044,941, G to T at 21,044,975, A to C at 21,045,347 of NC_000002.12.
