Cloned fragment: 56637392 to 56638692(NC_000016.10); relatively -1274 to +27, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_005946.3.Known difference : T to C substitution at 56,637,784nt; G to A substitution at 56,637,929nt; G to C substitution at 56,638,443nt; C insertion between 56,638,444nt and 56,638,445nt.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: AAAGTGGCTATAGTGCTGGAACC; reverse primer: CTATAAGGCGCACGTGGAAG. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
