Clone info. PCR amplified human INS promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 2162444 to 2161182(NC_000011.10); relatively -1235 to +28, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_000207.3.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: acctccaggtgcctgttct; reverse primer: cttctgatgcagcctgtcct. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known difference (at least) : G to C substitution at 2161265nt on NC_000011.10.
