Clone info. PCR amplified human RB1 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 48302465 to 48303797(NC_000013.11); relatively -1282 to +51, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_000321.2.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: GACGAGTTCAGATGGGCAAT; reverse primer: AACGTCCCCTGAGAAAAACC. Genomic fragment 48,302,464 to 48,303,797 of NC_000013.11 is cloned. Known difference: deletion of 5 nt of 48,302,963 to 48,302,967; T to G substitution at 48,303,180.
