Clone info. PCR amplified human POLD1 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Genomic DNA (50,383,082 - 50,384,389nt of NC_000019.10) corresponding to 1 to 67nt of NM_001256849.1 and 1.2 kb up-stream was cloned.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: CTGATTGAGCAGGTGGGACT; reverse primer: CGCTTCAAACAGCGTTTCC. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
