Comment Genomic fragment 50,853,756 to 50,854,937 of NC_000019.10 is cloned. PCR cloning, forward primer: CCTGACCAACATGGTGAAACT; reverse primer: GTGCAGGTGGTAAGCTTGG. Known differences: insertion of T after 50,853,989; C to A substitution at 50,854,664; insertion of A after 50,854,710. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
