Plasmid clone to construct knock-in vectors

Clone info. Vox is a Gateway(R) entry clone containing Venus gene and neomycine-resistance gene casette driven by pgk promoter. Coding sequenceis flanked by attL1 and attL2 sites, for recombination.
Comment ES cells can be selected with G418. Expression of Venus was confirmed by the depositor. For sequencing, use the following primers as well as M13F and M13R: GFPR(500)_2, GTT GTG GCG GAT CTT GAA G; neoC1, TCG TGC TTT ACG GTA TCG CCG CTC CCG ATT; neoC2, GCC TGC TTG CCG AAT ATC ATG GTG GAA AAT.
