Comment ES cells can be selected with G418. Expression of Venus was confirmed by the depositor. For sequencing, use the following primers as well as M13F and M13R: GFPR(500)_2, GTT GTG GCG GAT CTT GAA G; neoC1, TCG TGC TTT ACG GTA TCG CCG CTC CCG ATT; neoC2, GCC TGC TTG CCG AAT ATC ATG GTG GAA AAT.
