Comment This clone contains human KLF4 similar to Dr. Yamanaka's construct in the Cell (2007), 131 (5), 861-872, PMID 18035408 (333 to 1742 of NM_004235.3, cds 330 to 1742). However, this fragment corresponds 579 to 1988 of recent version of the RefSeq ( NM_004235.5, cds 549 to 1988). Derived from IRATp970H0848D6. PCR cloning, forward primer: gctgtcagcgacgcgctgctccca; reverse primer: ttaaaaatgcctcttcatgtgtaaggc.
