Clone info. Zebrafish (Danio rerio) cDNA for runt-related transcription factor runx3 (previously called runxb), alternatively spliced transcript 3, a complete coding sequence.
Comment The translational orientation of the inserted runx3 cDNA sequence is from T7 promoter to T3 promoter of the vector. The inserted sequence contains 60bp of cloning artifact, which is 780 to 839th of the cDNA sequence, between the EcoRI site of the vector and the start of the cDNA sequence (1 to 1731th). The XbaI sites of the plasmid may not be digested with XbaI restriction enzyme because of DNA methylation by the host JM109.
