Clone info. PCR amplified human prostate-specific antigen/kallikrein 3 (PSA/KLK3) promoter sequence was inserted into a Renilla luciferase reporter vector pKM2L (RDB04026). Genomic sequence from 22630 to 23369 of AC011523.3 corresponding -707 to +33 (the transcription start site is designated +1. Fig.1 of Cleutjens, K.B. J. Biol. Chem. 271 (11): 6379-6388, 1996) is cloned. Alternatively, 50854208 to 50854947(NC_000019.10); relatively -707 to +33, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_001648.2 was cloned.
