| Clone info. | PCR amplified human interleukin 1 beta (IL1B) promoter sequence was inserted into a Renilla luciferase reporter vector pKM2L (RDB04026). Genomic sequence from 55967 to 52177 (reverse direction) of AC09753.7 corresponding -3757 to +13 (the transcription start site is designated +1. Fig. 1 of Shirakawa, F. Mol. Cell. Biol 13 (3) 1332-1344, 1993 and Fig.1 of Kominato, Y. Mol. Cell. Biol. 15 (1) 58-68, 1995) is cloned. Alternatively, 112840557 to 112836767(NC_000002.12); relatively -3778 to +13, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_000576.2 was cloned. |
| Comment | PCR cloning, forward primer, 1941 F2: 5' tctagaccagggaggagaatggaatg 3'; reverse primer, E9PB0069R: 5' gaagaggtttggtatctgccagtttc 3'. Known differences: Compared with NC_000002.12, G to A substitution at 112836810 nt, A to G substitution at 112837290 nt, CCAA deletion from 112837582 to 112837585 nt, G to A substitution at 112837842 nt, TTCT deletion from 112838817 to 112838820 nt, G to A substitution at 112839735 nt, G to A substitution at 112840530 nt. |
