Comment PCR cloning, forward primer, 1922 F2: 5' atctcccatcttcttcaccaatagc 3'; reverse primer, 1922 R2: 5' gaccctgtccctcaaatcctctg 3'; Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Promoter activity has not been analyzed. Known difference (at least) : C to T substitution at 21,975,018nt of NC_000009.12.
