Clone info. PCR amplified human estrogen receptor promoter sequence was inserted into a Renilla luciferase reporter vector pKM2L (RDB04026). Cloned fragment: 151803866 to 151807688(NC_000006.12); relatively -3813 to +10, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_000125.3.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer, 1895 F1: 5' acagacacggggaagttgagagg 3'; reverse primer, G3PB0023R: 5' gccagctcctgggctcccgggc 3'; Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Promoter activity has not been analyzed.
